Telepathy Permissions

Anderson is psychic, which broadly includes telepathy and empathy, both broadcasting and receiving. She doesn't walk around with it on - it's off by default, and she has to concentrate a little to read minds. She can't control anyone with it or do anything too dramatic.
She primarily sees what people are actively thinking about at a given moment; she doesn't just suddenly pick up on their backstories or secrets. With great concentration or under duress, she can project one of her own emotions into someone else, overwhelming their current feelings with her own. She can try to trick someone into thinking about something with leading questions, but generally to get anything more in-depth or specific, she has to leave her own mind and go into theirs to perform an interrogation. This leaves her completely vulnerable in the physical world while she does so. She's not immune to other psychics, and can be especially vulnerable to them. Though Anderson will eventually become the most powerful psychic in her canon, she's young here and needs a lot more training and experience to get there.
The vast majority of the time, unless she has reason to be suspicious of someone, she won't do more than get locations and general feelings off of people, like vague empathy or particularly loud thoughts. If someone's 'shouting' right next to her, she sort of can't help it, but she's pretty stringent about not riffling through peoples' heads for her own whims.
If you would like to opt out of her having any extrasensory knowledge of your character, that's totally fine! That being said, I will state textually in tags if she is using her abilities, since it isn't constantly "on"; and I will discuss it with you OOCly before doing anything invasive. Unless you just want to give me blanket permission to go hog-wild, I guess!
She also has a minor ability warp of mind-healing, which can be used to soothe mental trauma. At the moment, what it will actually do is make things worse rather than better, but she doesn't know that yet.
P.S. I'm totally cool with other telepaths or those with mental capabilities noticing that she's doing it or poking back. Fair is fair :)

Projection: Yesss, though Theo might be aware of it
Mind-healing: VERY yes!

Mind reading: Yes, absolutely. Will has a convoluted and traumatic past (if you're canonblind, he's a criminal profiler who does his job by being a very empathic person; his skill isn't supernatural in nature, but it takes an enormous emotional toll on Will to think like killers do) and there's plenty of thoughts from him that could seem...suspicious or dangerous. Or particularly vulnerable, depending on the moment. I'm good with anything! Feel free to PM if we ever thread to plot out how to really use her powers to the thread's advantage, if you'd like.
Projection: Yes to everything! IC, Will would be horrified at someone interfering with his thoughts/emotions, and this would result in a good deal of mistrust. (Which I'm happy to explore!)
Mind-healing: Interested in both negative and positive applications of this!
Other: Nah! Although here is Will's own permissions post, just because his canon gets a bit dark, so let me know if there's anything you'd rather avoid!

Mind-healing: I'm down for both positive and negative results!
Other: Fern is technically made up of two minds trying to function as one person, a version of AT's protagonist Finn, and the Grass Demon. Finn is a regular human, and Grass Demon is a little Lovecraftian octopus-spider.
